Tell us about Pickle’s Pawtraits. What are the products or services you offer?

We are Pickle's Pawtraits! We are a small NZ pet portrait business run purely by myself (Abbey), my partner Harley and our little sausage dog CEO Pickle! We make pet portraits of all styles, human and pet portraits and even human alone for perfect memory presents! 

We have over time expanded our business from just digital products to now include mugs, stickers, totes, tees, hoodies, fridge magnetism prints and more! We're ever expanding our range without the ultimate aim for pet owners to be able to have their pet's face on EVERYTHING! We've even recently launched our own range of dog bandanas, and we sell treats for dogs too :)

We take extra care to provide the very best service from start to finish with the best customer experience we can. That means we think about every single step of our process from the perspective of customers and honestly being the target customer ourselves (millennial pet parents haha). 

We find it easy to immerse ourselves and provide exactly what customers need. With a 50% returning customer rate and having completed well over 4000 pawtrait over 2 years, we think it's working! We feel what sets us apart most is our dedication to quality!

How did you use the products you've purchased in your business?

We use StickerDot to create business cards and thank you cards which we place into each parcel we send out and hand out at events! The quality is absolutely perfect and adds such a special and beautiful touch to our parcels. 

We've ordered sets of business cards for all three of our small businesses, thank you cards for two of them, and special edition cards such as event discounts, partnerships with other businesses and so much more! The flexibility of the card's shape and size has been awesome too! We also use swing tags for our wearable range and they're gorgeous!

The cards we have bought have helped us promote our business at events where we hand out cards for people to take home - the finish of the cards is beautiful and bold so definitely makes for a memorable card!
